This class will offer body workers an opportunity to develop skills to support their clients in a deeper level of integration of body, mind, and spirit. Practitioners will learn techniques for supporting clients in physical sensations within the body with regard to the chakra system and its physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. This class will offer educational as well as experiential components for a fully integrated learning environment.

General Public-  This class is designed to help individuals develop tools for self awareness through the development of physical body awareness.  Students will learn the chakra system and how it relates to the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life as well as how the body holds and stores stress in life.  Students will have an opportunity to experience the freedom associated with releasing things that no longer serve their well being and identify where this release needs to occur in the body.
